High octane Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Here's a couple photos of my most recent build that I finished on New Years Eve. It's a mid-60's gas dragster built from AMT's Double Dragster kit. It is mostly box-stock with the exception of the manifold, carb, & velocity stack from the parts box, scratch-built oil filter, a M.A.D. pre-wired magneto, and Dupli-color Bahama blue Metallic paint.
brett Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 Whilst this era of drag racing is a little early for my taste, You've done a great job on this Nick. A totally beleivable little guy digger.

W-409 Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 Looks good! This is truly Old School style Dragster. Those wheels and tires look very good, and paintjob is great. I like the detailing on that engine. Thanks for sharing, I hope mine would turn out this good.
JB_Hobbies Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 Nice build, can't get enough FE dragsters!
