DSC02405.jpgHere's a couple photos of my most recent build that I finished on New Years Eve. It's a mid-60's gas dragster built from AMT's Double Dragster kit. It is mostly box-stock with the exception of the manifold, carb, & velocity stack from the parts box, scratch-built oil filter, a M.A.D. pre-wired magneto, and Dupli-color Bahama blue Metallic paint.

Whilst this era of drag racing is a little early for my taste, You've done a great job on this Nick. A totally beleivable little guy digger.

Very cool looking dragster, nice job with the dog dishes and torque thrust fronts. I am with Brett... but don't let that stop you building what you like!

Looks good! This is truly Old School style Dragster. Those wheels and tires look very good, and paintjob is great. I like the detailing on that engine. Thanks for sharing, I hope mine would turn out this good.
