I stumbled upon this photo and it's got me daydreaming about trying to build it - I think it's a cool looking rig. Is there anything in resin for that old cab & hood?

There's a link for Illini Replica Conversions on the sitr, they have two resin '50s Kenworth cab conversions. The link to IIIini Replica Conversion is not working for me, maybe you can get it to work.

I got one of porky's cab and hoods and I think its around a 63' or so, its the one peice tilt hood. It is a really nice cast

There's already a kit of this or aprox year KW. It's 1:48 Benkins Moving. Saw one at a hobby shop a few years back.

Revell made the 1/48 scale one in various versions also Ulrich makes one in 1/87 scale they were part of Walthers model railroad company. Ulrich has a web site you can google.

Thanks for the replies. I'd like to stick to 1/25, I have a hard enough time seeing what I'm doing without going to smaller scales.

I'll think about the Illini resin conversion... it looks nice, but it's pricey.
