59 Miller Meteor Ambulances

Guys I got sidetracked again tonight and ended up eyeballing my Ecto 1 I'm thinking about turning it into an Ambulance. Finding pics aint seeming to be easy with all the ectos around lol . I didf find a Combo car but am leaning towards a full ambulance if possible. The kit is suposed to be a 59 MM Futra body. Anyone have any good pics of such car dressed in ambulance attire??

Rick, on a forum called The H. A. M. B , there is a thread called "Vintage Shots From Days Gone By ". In it , there contains about 2,900 comments , pictures , diagrams from America and beyond . I recall seeing Meeterior Bodied equipment in several occasions . As to what specific pages sir , Uh I can't remember . Ed Shaver

Many of these seem to be Ecto 1 wannabes, but there may be some leads here.

This is described as a Miller-Meteor, which supposedly differs from the Ecto 1 most obviously by having a high-top roof, as opposed the the flat roof of Ecto 1, which was based on a hearse. I like the roof on Chris Mooney's example better.
