I made one of those when they first came out. It's a fabulous kit but the main annoyance for me was fixing the windshield to the cowel. It will look great when you're done. Keep us posted.

Today I finnaly got my airbrush working , here are all the parts that were sprayed with alclad II chrome ( my first time using alclad )

Yes its tamiya paint , but it was my fault , I had the parts lined up too close togehther so there would be shadows on my parts making it hard to see where I sprayed

Thanks!

I just finished the motor , I lost one part that fits on the front ( but luckily its hidden by the rear cowl ) and painted the interior seat and steering wheel

I got the interior and rear suspension assembled along with adding the injector stacks and exhaust pipes . some areas may look black , that is because of the alclad , I handled it so much it started to rub off and it kinda gives it a worn look

Since all the gauge decals cracked on me I decided to make the cockpit look a little more "interesting" so i sharpied the gauges and the center of the steering wheel

I got all the decals on the top of the body laid down ,once again they were a pain in the arse and would not lay flat , and as you can notice there is a part of the decal missing... .which I am not happy about

Is it possible to try fixing that decal with paint? Of course it must be really close the same shade of yellow, as that Decal. Really great job so far, can't wait to see it finished. Thanks for sharing this awesome build.
