my name is nobody Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 thats great! a nice build up. sweet color, cool rims. I have a friend who built a sleeper '66 El Camino. only he used a LS6/- 454 and left the little crossed flag emblems on the fender. it is one quick little Elky, when he can get traction.
Monty Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 Nice job on that El Camino, Dan. My best friend had a '67 for years, and as Chuck says above, good luck getting traction. Couple questions if ya don't mind: 1) Did you have any trouble getting the chassis/interior assembly to fit into the body? I've heard this kit is tricky that way. 2) I love those American Racing wheels . Where did they come from?
tyrone Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 Now that's a clelan build, I love the color, the engine detail, and the wheels, with the white letter tires, really nice job...
Beavis Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 i bet the 1:1 was a beast on the street! awesome build
BOSWELL891 Posted February 19, 2012 Posted February 19, 2012 NIce build, like the color and the engine details are great too
