CanadianKronik Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 hello i just recently bought a revell 1950 ford f1 and am kinda stumped on how to build it, so if u can post some pics for insperation it would be apreciated. i will have pics of progress as soon as i can replace camera.
Johnny K Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 Couple of suggestions: first, a search through the archives will give you a number of great builds for inspiration. Second, a recent Revell '50 Ford Custom I did had the top removed and was turned into a roadster, lowered a bit, with wood bed and cover. Was actually only one of about three I've done since returning to the hobby and turned out a bit better than I'd thought it would.
Joe Handley Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 Drew this up a few months ago for insperation on the two kits that I own. It's chopped with a laid back windsheild (instead of stretching the roof) and sectioned enough to eliminate the hood vents.
Mike Kucaba Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 Go to Google,Click on images, Type in 1950 Ford F1. You will get plenty of inspiration
vwrabbit Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 (edited) I second Mike's suggestion. That's my first resource for inspiration for my builds, then the forums second of course! Tim Edited February 17, 2012 by vwrabbit
