1zebra3 Posted February 22, 2012 Share Posted February 22, 2012 Looked at my torch cleaning tips and they are just round for appx 3/16" and then have a knurl or file like surface the rest of the way. von Zipper Posted February 22, 2012 Share Posted February 22, 2012 Just picked up this set last week, some times I put the part that needs to be drilled in the cordless drill chuck and hold the tiny drill bit in my fingers, making sure to pull the drill bit out to un-load the chips so it does'nt get packed up and break the bit. Find a set of sizes from #61 to #80, and don't be surprised if you occasionally break one or two. I keep a list on my phones Word program of replacement bits I need, some hobby shops do sell by size bit. A pin vise is good to have, but I guess a #11 knife handle will work.
