Why does that motor look sort of familiar to me?

Didn't Jimmy Shine do a blown flathead or something a few years ago in a roadster?

You had me at 'blown ardun deuce'....and I wasn't disappointed in the least. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of this one.

thanks. are you guys talkin about the silver truck with red wheels...pretty sweet. i actually have a 34 on the bench that will be a lot like that one but im going to use an 8 carb hemi instead. as far as this build goes, its been on the bench for a bout a year. ive been struggling on what color to paint it...body color kinda determines frame and motor color for me. hopefully something will come to me soon.

Jimmy Shine's is a SCOT blown flattie. It's gotta be one of my favorite hot rods of all time. It's bare metal, BTW.

This is cool, true Old School Hot Rod! Ardun Heads look good on Flathead, and blower fits perfectly. Body looks nice also and you did perfect wheel choice for it. B)

:) wow that's a heck of a magnificent ride. It's looking good. Plus the small Alclad detail adds a lot to the final job. Edited by Hedgehog

Wow that is my all time favorite car, If I had to choose just one it would be a '32 and probably be true to Ford with a flathead. As mentioned above your Alclad painted pieces look great. I will definitely have to place a order with Replica and Miniatures of Maryland after seeing these pictures. Really looking forward to more progress on this one.
