3-3-12 episode of Gearz has the winners from last years Revell contest, plus a segment on Revell doing the measuring and cad/cam of the Rat Roaster.

It was well done and interesting. Thanks to Stacey for giving the hobby some air time!

The new season of Gearz is supposed to start on Monday 3/5/12 at 9PM Eastern and will have details of this years Revell/Gearz Model Car Contest.

I just watched that episode this morning. They had the winners from the first contest, a piece on the contest, and the Rat Roaster being measured. They opened the segment talking about being a kid and building models. The original air-date was listed as yesterday, 3-3-12, by Time-Warner cable.... but.

You go to the Gearz web site, and they list the new episode as premiering on prime-time this Monday. Or is it a re-broadcast at prime time?

IT was on Speed here Sat. Morning. I think Gearz got bumped to prime time on Monday night, but only after they had committed to the usual Sat. morning slot. Will be interesting to see if it is the same episode or not.

I watched 2 Gearz shows in a row last night and was SUPER surprised to see my HOK meteor maroon 5 window coupe shown in both shows. It's down in the lower left corner. That was my entry last year. Didn't win anything. It was really exciting to see it on TV again.

Ken Lester had his '49 Merc at the MAGS show in Tampa a few months ago - beautiful paint!
