74 Olds Cutlass detailed promo

A couple of guys wanted to see this one, so here it is. Stock promo, stock color, just detailed a bit to make it look better. I did replace the generic tires with this old set of Firestones that looks much better.

It looks great, and I especially like the color. I may even have an old can of DupliColor in that color in my stash. The whitewall tires and hubcaps work well with the stock look, too.

It's a stock color called Cypress green metallic, I happen to love the color as well. The hubcaps are the stock Olds promo caps, just blackwashed with the Olds emblem picked out in red.

I wonder how tough it would be to make a Cutlass Supreme, perhaps using the Monte Carlo roof as a start?

Weeeeeeeeeell , I see the Illinois Model company is sposed to come back with a similar 72 . Yers looks jus fine to me . I can only hope this up an coming kit maker can deliver the goods to those who may want one as well. Ed Shaver

Ed, elaborate..............haven't heard about this........Charlie, yes it would be awesome to do a Supreme with the formal roofline. Could be started with the '77 Monte kit I guess.
