I can't believe it, but I actually do have one. It's a Dodge L-700 race truck, powered by an Allison V-12 aircraft engine. It also has a modified A-100 bed.

The Mack is dubbed "Barney's Revenge and the mixer was built for ??? due to the fact of picking on me for using purple. I then told him I would build something "just for him" in purple with pink polka dots.

The Chevy was done "just to do it" and the Western Star is pretty much stock.

So, with that in mind, careful who you pick on---you may get a truck built just for you!!!!

I have a few vintage purple model trucks in my fleet and one not so old.

This moving van is an original issue Allied Van lines trailer. I built it in the early '70's. The GMC Astro is also an original issue with the gas turbine engine. It too is early 70's vintage.

The long box is a 1974 Dodge adventurer by MPC. It was painted in the colour scheme of a truck owned by a nieghbour of mine. The short box is one of the recent AMT repops of the Little Red Express. I added real wood trim,racks and box bed.

Purple is my favorite color so I have lots of purple stuff.

I will try to upload a pic of a purple 1/16th Kenworth WIP, I kinda went loco with it, stretched the frame a bit and added two more rear drive axles for an 18 wheeler before the trailer (I was bored...)
