Did you put in a black and white '50s TV and black rotary dial phone also? :)

Kind of taking retro too far...I couldn't imagine replacing modern appliances with old ones..modern ones are much more efficient and have more useful features.

CHiPS was the absolute worst for "flying autos". Fender benders, fatalities, you name it, the cars always flew over each other.

G

Little known fact... at the time CHiPS was on TV, all cars on the road in California had ramps built into their sides, so any collision would result in a spectacular arial shot and rollover. Oddly, only the cars that were struck had big, obvious roll bars in the rear seat area.

Then the motorcycle cops would arrive, and just stand there with a big toothy grin for no apparent reason.

My elc stove cooks better then my parents brand new propane stove . As for the refrigerator I do have a real freezer do to the pint sized one on the 40 s one. But I notice fruit and veges last longer in it to then other fridges.
