I rescued a tattered old photo album from my childhood home not to long ago, and scanned a few of the photos. My great uncle owned a couple of businesses in the late '70's and early '80's- a general store and a stove/heating store, and operated a couple of trucks for each. Most of these photos are from 1979-1980.

Ford trucks and ford cars, sounds like my great uncle.Im sure if he was a trucker he would of had ford rigs.

He had ford trucks,tractors,plows,lawnmowers,snow-blowers.I can remember only one non ford on the farm,a 70ish gmc. That had a ford carb on it to "make it run right".

I have alot of blue blood also, but can live with a few models of other brands. Not ol'uncle Joe

Yeah- the only non-Ford truck Frank had was the yellow GMC in the first post. The GMC letters off the front of the cab are still up on a pegboard panel somewhere.

This topic just brought back so many memories from the same period,so similar to my Denver roots, sad though ex-b1#$%h tossed my old family albums with my models when we ... ya know, had so many of my dad and grandpa's old ford pics along with atons of papas rigs and all his Trucker brothas rigs and now would make killer ref. pics. Did bring back alot of great memories in these crummy times thx man.
