I don't have them and I don't go to them. Perhaps i am missing something and should consider going to a few.

I always ask the person putting the yard sale on if they have any model cars. once in a while they come up with models. Steve

Not this year but I made a good score at a yard sale one 5 original kits from the 60s between .50 and 1.00 a peice.

Hit my first yardsale and scored, got these 3 for $10 that went to charity.

Bought the Vettes for the $10 and the lady gave me the Chopper, all were unopened

Just got home from one and picked up a couple magazine adds mounted on heavy tag-paper. One for the '67 GTO and the other for the Hurst Dual Gate Shifter in the '67 GTO. Also a Hallmark Collector's Series '69 Hurst Olds 442 ornament(mint in box). There are tons of 1/24th die-cast Sprint cars for $4 or 2 for $7, other racing figures(NASCAR & football), and smaller die-cast NASCAR(mostly Jeff Gordon & Dale Earnhardt). The guy also recently sold his '67 GTO...missed out on that, and his Corvette's (2). No plastic kits...he included the 2 '67 GTO kits he had with the real car. I'll definately be on the hunt this summer.

I love flea markets and yard sales. I picked up four assorted hemostats for a buck apiece Wednesday. They are great for holding small parts.

I dont usually go to yard sales , but I might have to this year , someone locally bought art a yard sale for 50$ a few weeks ago........ It was just appraised at over 100K

Yeah it can happen. I went to one, and bout a toy truck out of the backyard sandbox. turned it for $200.00 a year later. The stuff is out there, just have to look.
