MAD distributors are all that I've been using. Check them out here: http://www.madmodeling.com/store/index.php?app=ccp0&ns=catshow&ref=distributors&sid=24q7fz5827slm66b503z9j4fe69j47zu

Detail master makes some nice ones too, with some photo etch goodies, but I think they are more race like for my uses.

Search around on ebay for different wheel types then google search them for other retailers. Aoshima is one brand and there's others. Places like Modelhaus have a selection as well.

Hope this helps some.

Check out Slixx. Someone will offer a link, otherwise just Google 'em.

Cowl hoods, or any resin parts, do not buy from anyone on ebay from or around Lebanon TN, its AFX nscale resin, rip off artist. They'll sell a few and be good for a few months, get good feedback and what not, , then rip people off, and be gone. Couple months later, a new ebay seller from same area, different name has same product, and they'll claim they bought AFX out, NOT. I was took a few yrs ago for about 4 hoods, but I know some people he owes a lot more too.

I've bought from her MANY times without a problem, under the different seller id's too. I've bought at least 10 hoods over the last year or so with no problems at all. In fact, she went out of her way to help me with a problem with one, and sent a new one at no charge.

As for wheels, I search Ebay DAILY. there's always something new. I'm partial to Aoshima wheels, they have MANY different styles.

WOW, that's very surprising. I know that she was a middle man (woman). She had a supplier that cast the parts, but she never listed them unless she had them in hand. I had many conversations with her about possibly getting a hood made that I haven't seen yet. With 82 almost consecutive neg I wonder if she is actually ok and not in the hospital or worse. One time it took a while to receive my hoods but she emailed me and was very appologetic for the delay. I guess I am one of a very few that hasn't had serious issues.
