This is what i`ve been building of late, Brought a couple of Siku 1/64th fire engines from Toyworld for a diorama i`m making for my dad`s fire museum , and I decided to have a go at cutting up one of the trucks..... and make it more like a New Zealand one.. Anyway here's some photos of what i`ve done so far... The lighter is there to give you an idea of the size of it... ;D Before After All plastic card , each locker is boxes in , as i want to have it displayed in the diorama with the locker doors open.. modelmarknz
Yep ...you can Siku here in New Zealand , We get most brands down here !! Well I have finally found some time to get a little more done. While the cab and chassis was drying , I worked on changing the dash over from left hand drive to right, also build up a few breathing sets and a breathing set rack ,completed with a coat of paint. Scratch-built the flashing lights and siren and found some small decals for the pump panel.
