This is a Monogram Buick with aftermarket decals. I got to see Tommy race up at New Hampshire International Motor speedway.

Nice car. Always liked this body style of Buick. Tommy Ellis was an underrated driver for sure, I saw him at NH as well, attended the first GN race on the 'new' track in 1990.
