Clearcoat for MCW paint

I am now starting to use MCW paint, but I don't know which clear coat to use. I hear the MCW clear coat orange peels quite often. I'm debating whether to use regular automotive clear or the clearcoat from Zero Paints (I need something that is safe to use over decals.) Can you help me out?

I have had success with both Tamiya (decal friendly) and Black Gold clears ( not sure on Black Gold with decals.

Don't guess! Spray some spoons or scrap plastic and test ,test,and test!
