shucky Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 Hi fella's, I had a problem with an order I received last week from Rick at Scale Dreams. His communication is always spot on with regards to stock and orders. BUT, since I reported the problem with my order to him twice via email he has yet to reply? Anyone hear from him recently? I've never had an issue with one of his orders so I hope his service is just as good post order as it is prior to placing one.

JamesW Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 He's been pretty busy with show season in full swing, plus he's got family stuff goin on. Sometimes he's gone for a week or more. He'll make it right. You can always count on Rick.

mademan Posted June 13, 2012 Posted June 13, 2012 I can vouch for Rick too! great to deal with him, Ive probly spent upwards of a grand with him in the last 2-3 years and hes always great to deal with.
