Harold
Thanks for all the kind words, guys. Its been a while since I did one of the old Monogram muscle car kits, and I'd forgotten how easily they just seem to fall together. I tried several new techniques on this one and really had fun building it.

Monty
Thanks for all the kind words, guys. Its been a while since I did one of the old Monogram muscle car kits, and I'd forgotten how easily they just seem to fall together. I tried several new techniques on this one and really had fun building it. I've found that pushing myself to try new things adds to the enjoyment I get from building, especially if realism is enhanced. I'm glad to see you tried some new stuff which resulted in a sharp build with nice detail and an eye-catching paintjob. Now, can you tell us about the burgundy pickup in this picture? I'd love to know what paint you used on that one. What's your next project?

I'd love to know what paint you used on that one. What's your next project? That started as a Lightning. I used the suspension, engine, grille, bumpers tires and interior from a regular F150. The paint is Dupli- Color Autumn Maple over Plasti- Kote metallic brown. Right now I'm finishing a '69 Olds W-30 and a '69 Shelby Mustang.
