Thanks for all the kind words, guys. Its been a while since I did one of the old Monogram muscle car kits, and I'd forgotten how easily they just seem to fall together. I tried several new techniques on this one and really had fun building it.

I've found that pushing myself to try new things adds to the enjoyment I get from building, especially if realism is enhanced. I'm glad to see you tried some new stuff which resulted in a sharp build with nice detail and an eye-catching paintjob.

Now, can you tell us about the burgundy pickup in this picture?

What's your next project?

That started as a Lightning. I used the suspension, engine, grille, bumpers tires and interior from a regular F150. The paint is Dupli- Color Autumn Maple over Plasti- Kote metallic brown. Right now I'm finishing a '69 Olds W-30 and a '69 Shelby Mustang.
