Frame building Jig

Anyone have an idea on makeing a jig for align. frames from funny cars and such thanks for your help steve.

What I usually do is get a nice straight piece of wood or sometimes even a piece of styrofoam as a base and then draw out the frame on a piece of paper and glue it to the wood or foam. Then as I build the frame I stick small metal pins into the base on each side of the part that needs to be held in place while it is being glued. Hope this helps. Billy

1/2 or 3/8's steel plate or heck, 1/4 would even work i suppose, and a good selection of strong magnets is what i use.

mine is 8x20x 3/8's inches.

Cork tile and tee pins are another cheap and easily obtained at hardware, big box home improvement stores, craft stores and even at "wally world"
