I am answering a question about this for an Ask G&J column. Sorry, but I rarely follow the political dust storm that may or may not swirl around Bob Shelton and the reason why he is apparently not answering repeated requests for the 4th edition. Any ideas?

Also, anybody know where ELSE to acquire this directory?

I think you can get the Directory through Model Empire. I was in their store in West Allis, WI yesterday and I'm pretty sure I saw it on the counter. I have no idea what edition it was.
