Anybody doing a full size '60 Ford 4 door hardtop? I want one of these bad, and everytime I find a promo for sale, they are too warped to bother with.

Get a 61 ford Galaxie, and switch the roofs between them. It's NOt thay hard to do, an you'll get a Starliner sedan AND a Starliner two dr coupe!

I've done it twice now. :D;)

You mean one of these? This is a second that I cleaned up. It's the only one I know of, and I am going to build it.

It may be getting produced, but I have nothing to do with it.

Ron, yes,.that's it. I want a 4 door hardtop.......not a 4 door sedan. I guess if no one is doing one, I'll have to try to de-warp an old promo.

Nice 1:1, and nice models.

Alan- if you pick up one of those 4-door sedans, it's not too tough to remove the pillars and door frames, and will probably be a far sight easier than trying to de-warp 50-year-old acetate.

Or, as there appears to be a chance a Town Victoria is coming, wait and see. I'd suspect it'll be through Resin Realm. I've bought from them before and they're great to deal with.

The 4 door sedan and the 4 door hardtop use totally different rooflines. Could pick up a sedan and an old promo and graft the roof from the promo onto the sedan I guess. Another problem may be that the molds used for the sedans could be 1/24, as they were probably the old Hubley kits at one time. The AMT promo was 1/25. Hopefully Resin Realm will do the correct 4 door hardtop, like the promo was.
