I just starting using flocking maybe a year ago, and mainly use black, and never had a problem with black, but it seems like when I use other colors , the ones I get are always clumpy. I know using a strainer helps, but the last thing of flocking I got , there isnt anything other then clumps , so using a strainer may not work. I have already bought some more.

Anything I can do?, any tips?

I've had the same thing happen on a few occasions- sometimes just shaking the flocking in a strainer won't break up the clumps. When that happens, I'll press a clump into the strainer with my thumb or fingertip and kind of 'grind' it back and forth over the strainer's surface. Sometimes just touching it with your thumb will break it up enough, but even the more stubborn clumps are no match for the grinding method.

Pick up a cheap flour sifter from the Dollar store or Wally World.

They work great for mixing different colors of flocking too.
