Dave Mikrut Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 I have a question for any of you guys that know about 1/8th scale models. What do you think I could get on Ebay for a set of the spun aluminum wheel covers?
Casey Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 $20-$30? Depends how nicely done they are to be honest, and which style, but I see $5.00 each being no problem for an accurate set. I'm assuming you'd be making/turning these and they're not the reissued Big Deuce set. Are they designed to fit the Monogram "Big" kit wheels?
cobraman Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 I agree with above on price but you may see at least the first few sets ( if your are planning more than one ) go higher than that.
Dave Mikrut Posted August 9, 2012 Author Posted August 9, 2012 I'm sorry guys, I should have mentioned they ARE from the reissued Big Deuce set and I won't be using them.
cobraman Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 That changes things a bit. If your not going to use them maybe someone here would trade for them. Or just list them on ebay and let them go where the bidders drive them.
