BIGTRUCK Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 Stevearado had a thread in ''Kit review'' and I think it was the only 1/32nd I seen here...1/25th&1/24th being the most popular , I know everyone has built one or collects a few... If anything it may have some old memories of our early building..
Modelmartin Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 I posted some pics some time ago of my Europe 1/32 Panhards 1891, 1895, and 1905. 1/32 scale is the best for antique, brass and vintage kits. I probably have about 30-40 of them from Pyro, Matchbox, Airfix. AMT made a few real nice ones like a 32 Ford 3-window, 60 T-bird, Avanti, 40 Ford Tudor and a Ranchero. Monogram did a bunch in the 60s. There are a lot of very cool Japanese kits. You could build an impressive collection of 1/32 cars and trucks if so desired.
RJWood Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 The Caddy ElDorado, looks like a nice kit. Is there any chrome parts in the kit? Lots of nice kits there BIGTRUCK.
mr moto Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 I really like 1/32 but it's hard to find good kits so I seldom build in 1/32. I have plans to make a lakester using a belly tank from a 1/32 scale Revell-Germany P-38 airplane and a nailhead motor from an old Lindberg hot rod kit. Here's a picture (if it works) of my AMT (Matchbox) MG-TC.
BIGTRUCK Posted August 1, 2007 Author Posted August 1, 2007 2 Trees of chrome parts.. 2 styles of hubcaps...clear parts and rubber tires...
