The final version of the XP 755 Shark was renamed Mako Shark I after the introducing the Mako Shark which was named II. The car has been fitted with several engines including a turbo charged 427 for the 1962 New York Auto Show. The dashboard was redesigned and the glass double bubble top was no more used.

The model was built from AMT Snap Fast kit OOB, only repainted out- and inside.

Very nice!

I got the painted and assembled "promo" version of this, added BMF and, apart from swirls in the met. blue plastic, it makes a nice model.

This is an often unappreciated kit simply because it was a curbside but as you discovered it is very nicely detailed and quite accurate. Good job on making improvements to make it even better.
