34 Ford rod

this will be my first wip on this forum , its a 34 Ford 5 window rod , a while ago someone gave me 3 very incomplete AMT kits , 2 x 34 street rods and a 2door sedan , between the three there is enough parts to build one roller . gonna have to find a engine for it , not sure what I'm going to use yet got see what will fit under the hood . here's a quick mockup pic

going to keep it pretty simple , I quite like the suspention set up on it , seemed a shame to cover it up with fenders .

Hi simon where in lincs are you im in grantham . leave it fenderless and put the biggest engine you can find in to it . if there 's any bits n bobs that your missin give me a shout ive got plenty of spares

Hi Doobie , I live near Holbeach so not too far from you , leaving it fenderless and is the plan , I,ve dropped the body over the frame so the space under the hood is a little limited and I don't want to be cutting the hood , plan is to build it as a simple no frills rod you could use everyday so I may go for something modern and reliable . I was thinking of putting a wanted add on here for a chassis and possibly a hood then I could build another from the parts I have but i've not seen too many UK members here on my travels .
