In my past life  before my triple bypass I was indulged in military modeling. Since then 4 years after I got the bug back but this time into muscle cars of the 60's. My military models were 1:35 and all done with Tamiya acrylic airbrush.

My question to all is what would you recommend in Acrylic airbrush paints?

Your reply back would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

Thanks for sharing pics with a car painted with those Acrylics.

I saw those on the testors website for the first time not too long

ago and I've been wanting to try them. Sounds like they have

a good endorsement from you!

I like what you did with them on that car!

Tamiya and Testors both offer quality acrylic paints that airbrush nicely and clean up easily. Some guys on here also use the cheap crafts-type acrylics (WalMart) for interiors etc.

Thanks Steve! I have not had much luck with Tamiya acrylics, or craft paint, but was very surprised at these. They have a lot of pigment in them and cover great.
