Many kits now come with 2 or even 3 sets of wheels but only 1 set of tyres to suit.

ie Revell 57 Bel Air sedan, Lindberg Police Dodge Charger ect. I've got many builds that I could use the wheels on, if I had tyres.

Where can I get extra sets of tyres ?

I've seen Pegasus tyres but what rims do they suit, other than Pegasus ? Are there different profile tyres available for Pegasus 19 & 23" rims ?

I've noticed this as an issue as well. You would think that they could make a set of tires for each size of wheel they use (15", 16", etc.), and throw in enough tires to cover all the wheel options in the kit. Generally it only seems to be an issue if there are two sets of same size wheels, but they should still throw more in. My spare wheel-to-tire ratio is probably close to 5-to-1, which certainly can be a pain at times.

That drives me crazy, why can't the model companies put two sets of tires when there's two sets of wheels!? They used to! I have several sets of wheels now with no tires big enough to fit them. I'm not going to buy another kit just for a set of tires and have a tireless kit. I would buy a kit just for two sets of wheels and tires though!

Sorry for ranting, just my two cents. Roy the Ford Guy
