miatamadman
After being away from the bench for a while, I finally got one finished. Revell's '69 daytona with the pro-touring treatment. Mini tubbed, slammed and painted testors plum crazy. Wheels are the Pegasus big and little Hellas. I narrowed the front rims and used some tires from the parts box in order to get them to fit under the fenders. Also, I vented the hood and added photo etched hood pins. VW Dave
I love it - color, stance, everything. Very nice! Took the words right outta my mouse, brother Matt. Great job, Zoli! Up 'til now I was torn between doing a 'Joe Dirt' replica and a Bonneville racer out of my Daytona....now there's a third idea swirling around in my head(and a spare set of Hela's on my shelf too).
