What did you do about the window plug ?

I cut out that section of the body and used sheet styrene to make a plug .

Is the off set in the engine block supposed to be there or is that from age of the molds

The engine in mine is centered in the chassis . Or are you talking about the engine itself ? The driver side cylinder head is slightly forward of the passenger side .

Christopher , I checked a new DOH kit and two Street Charger kits and they are all the same . I had to remove the alignment pins to assemble the halves of my engine block , and the rear is too long on the drivers side . It needs to be filed down till it is flush so that the rear plate and bellhousing will mount properly . In the two photos , the black engine block is the new DOH and the white primered one is an old DOH block . I know I did some sanding on the old one but it wasn't as bad as the new ones are . Just make sure the front is flush as shown so the cylinder heads and intake manifold will fit properly .

The pics are great. Especially the one with trans. Great views of engine oil staining for us detail fanatics. Thanks.
