IMPALA SS 427
it will have opening doors trunk and hood and i plan on making it very detailed but as I'm working between 5 builds it could be a bit slow....

Dominik
Cool! The same "endlesswork" i started about a half year ago - i also want to have a stock DeLorean. If you do not mind, i show you a picture from my current state: I if it bothers you, then I remove the picture again. I removed both doors and i am not sure, to open the front lid. I will look on your fingers - doesn't matter, how long it takes

IMPALA SS 427
Thanks everyone. Nice work on yours Dominik, Its good to see pics of someone elses build as it will help me down the track. I work on my Delorean when I am taking a break or waiting for parts with my other builds. so its a project that will be slow going but will be well worth the time and work in the end. Dominik
Thank you James. This build takes a long time - and needs a lot of motivation. More than "stock" builds. David, you are right. They took a Renault V-6 engine out of the concern called "PSA". It was a "million-built"-engine, nothing special.

blubaja
Try the Model Master buffing metallizer paints. These work great. Especially for the bare aluminum finish.
robiwon
One of my favorite cars! Looking forward to your builds. Years ago, someone offered a stock resin Delorean body for the AMT kit. Don't remember who though. I always wanted one but never got around to it. IMPALA SS 427
Thanks everyone. I might give those metallizer paints a go when (if ever) I get the body to the paint stage.
