Looking for a supplier for 1/25 scale resin orbital batteries.

None of those are Exide Orbitals- that's Exide's answer to the Optima dry-cell. That being said, you could make the Optima work by filling in the depressions on the long sides and using styrene rod to add the second set of top posts.
