glase24
Im looking to get back into model building. I would like to build a 2012 Matt Kenseth Best Buy Fusion. What is the best way to go about this. I have been researching and can't seem to come across a kit or body. Thanks
bbowser
I don't think you'll find a kit, there may be someone somewhere making a resin body but I couldn't find it. Your best bet would be to get an AMT COT kit (even though its a Chevy) and modify the nose to look more like a Fusion. The grill and headlights would be decals anyway so it might not be that difficult. There's a thread on here about turning a Chevy into a Dodge, that was a LOT of work. Good luck in your search. VERNON
Try "Mikes Scale Speedshop", He still shows 2 Fusion bodies in stock at $35.00, Kit includes an updated 2011-2012 nose clip and rear spoiler. Mike is a great guy to buy from and always ships fast. Good luck!!! Happy modeling, Vernon
