trackbound Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 (edited) Coming back into the hobby after a 2 year lay off meant digging up some old projects. Not sure when I will get them back on the bench for additional work, but still some of my favorite starts. My dream ride. 53 Ford F100, chopped top, pie cut hood, widened rear fenders, front wheel well openings moved forward, and a bunch of smoothing and tweaking. Heavily influenced by Foose's personal Ford truck. ASA model that eventually will represent an 80s/90s style dirt late model. Modified Scout crawler. Heavily modified Chevy coupe body destined to be a Richie Evans replica coupe modified. Finally, a modified Vega modified body. This was an arrangement with a friend with a resin business. I altered the body to go from the hatch style to a coupe/sedan style. I have a couple of these sitting on the shelf waiting for a chassis. Edited February 27, 2013 by trackbound
72 Charger Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 I looks like you have your work cut out for you . I like the foose 53 ford to that was one sweet ride
Tom Geiger Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Model cars are better than real cars because you can forget about them for a couple of years and they're in the same shape as when you last looked at them! Real cars would be all rusted up!
trackbound Posted February 27, 2013 Author Posted February 27, 2013 Sorry about the pics. Will be redone shortly as full size. Thought I was trying to do clickable thumbnails.
jeffs396 Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Mike! Welcome to MCM, you'll like it here! Haven't see your Scout in awhile, it's in the same condition as mine from our days at DRM...NOT DONE! Glad you're building again. It's hard to find the time, I know... Come see us at ORM again sometime
