Any seen the 1/12 Tamiya Porsche Carrera?

I searched this forum, but I can't see any reports on this kit yet. Has anyone seen the 1/12 scale Tamiya Porsche Carrera yet? I'm talking about the full assembly kit - not the semi-assembled one. I guess this is the next in the series after the Ferrari Enzo kit (which I'm the process of building already).

It is out now in the US, but if you thought the Enzo was pricey, this one is about $150 more. Waiting to see if they do the Ferrari 288 GTO personally.

The kit works out to about 260 GBP delivered in the UK. Thats about 390 dollars. I paid about the same for the Ferrrari Enzo kit. Yep - they are price kits, but probably the nicest I have ever seen. I would love to see a 288 GTO!!

Thanks for that link Ron. Looks like another one of those 'Must-Have' kits, just like the Enzo. Time for me to raid my savings account!!

Looks like I will need to budget for a load of carbon fibre decals too.

I saw the instructions on hobby search. Compared to my Ferrari Enzo the Porsche GT is more complex in terms of metal parts.
