Webb Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 Built from a 1/43rd Vroom kit. The Bizzarrini P538 had a mid mounted Corvette 327 with a cross ram manifold and four webers similar to the Grand Sport Corvettes. Paint is Duplicolor Cardinal red. Chris
RatRod Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 Chris, I really enjoy your 1/43 builds!!! I got into this scale back in the 80's, and amassed quite a collection of 43rds. Got to be good friends with John Simmon's of Marsh Models, and shared many phone calls back when he went hard into Can-Am. You do some really nice work in this scale, and hope to see more. I'm a little jealous because your eyes are obviously way better than mine these days.... Keep up the great work man!!!

I've built quite a few of John Simmon's kits myself. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure I "planted the seed" to get him to develop his Cheetah kits and then supplied some various pictures to help him out. I'll keep building them as long as my eyes hold out, but I'm getting up there myself! Chris
Albie D Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 Amazing in any scale, let alone 43rd. Id love to see these in person..
acmiaz Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 Great looking car I'm not familiar with Vroom kits heard of them just never seen one before. Yours looks great.
