Ridge Rider Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 Fun build, box stock with Testors airbrushed enamel frame and paint brush acryl on on the rest. The one thing that bothers me is I didn't make mounts to hold the ax and shovel-maybe someday. Comments welcome enjoy.
Chris White Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 very cool, your paint work is always outstanding
Tom Geiger Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 Great build on an old favorite kit of mine! I had that one as a kid and was looking for it all the years until it got reissued. I have one in my unfinished kit pile that has all the wood graining done, but not much further. I'm not a fan of the horse shoe windshield or hobby horse shifter so I'm swapping them out for more traditional rod pieces.
Davewilly Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 NIce job...I like the show rods they are fun builds. and usually have cool tires and wheels and some good engine parts
Custom Hearse Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 Looks good. I've wanted to build that kit but I have so many projects on the bench I need to wait. Yours looks great!
