MikeyB08 Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 So I've realized that using Super Glue for scratch building is kind of a drag. Any thoughts on this Plastic Weld Glue or prefer another brand? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ambroid-number-110-Pro-Weld-Liquid-Glue-plastic-welder-glue-2-Fl-Oz-Glass-Bottle-/230961325066?pt=Model_Kit_US&hash=item35c65e240a
1930fordpickup Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 I have used it the past for kit parts . Drys faster than tube glue, not as fast as super glue. Just give it a try.
MikeyB08 Posted April 12, 2013 Author Posted April 12, 2013 Just might do that. Just curious if their was any other brands that might be better or more efficient.
Foxer Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 (edited) That's one of the main glues for styrene. It's my main thin glue that will run into a joint well and dry fast. It is one of the best of the type. Edited April 12, 2013 by Foxer

935k3 Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 Simply the best liquid glue around. Tamiya's thin glue is also very good and give you more time to align stuff because it drys a little slower.
