I'm building a 3100 to match one my son is building for his father-in-law. I bought the kit off of ebay but it did'nt have directions. No problems until now I need to install the firewall and inner fender panels. Are they attached to the frame or the body? I can see locating marks on both.

Thanks in advance.

If its the AMT stock 3100 glue kit I can check the instructions when I get home tonight, I've been working on one myself. AMT made several versions of that truck, a stock snap kit, a stock glue kit and a custom kit.

Jeff,

With the instructions in front of me, I can tell you that the assembled interior is installed in the cab first, then the firewall is put in place. The wheel wells are attachedto a mounting point on the firewall. The cab is then finished (windows, grille, headlights) and attached to the frame as a unit. Hope this helps you.
