Louvers in 1/24 scale

Is this available from anyone in 1/24 scale? The ad talks mostly about rivets but there are louvers on the sheet too.

i think 14" in 1/48 scale would make 7" in 1/24. or you could check out their other sizes. i don't know if you would lose the relief by going up in scale. may end up just like bumpy paint???
