brett Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 My 19 yr old daughter had the nick name of Minnie motormouth as she was growing up cause she talked faster than the pistons in small block pulling 7 grand. Anyhow she asked me a couple of weeks ago if she could build another model ( she did the AMT 66 Nova a few years ago). I said yes and we agreed upon the AMT 09 challenger (reasonably simple good parts fit and was one that I'd got reasonably cheap. Anyhow theres the back story, heres what she built this weekend. All airbrushed primer, blackbase coat blue nail polish and PPG lameflake in the clear.
maltsr Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 She's a chip off the old block Brett, a great build and in double quick time too
W-Machine Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 Looks like the project worked out real nice. And who doesn't like a Challenger that looks that good?
Erik Smith Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 She did a great job. The model looks great. I like the sparkle - over-the-top good...
Rob McKee Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 She did a real nice job Brett. The paint looks cool with the various colors of speckle.
