realgone58 Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 I can't take credit........I didn't build it, paint it, or detail it, it's a 1/25 scale plastic Brookfield promo. Hope it's ok to post it here because of that. However, I just wanted to show it because it's an extremely rare piece. Very few made in this factory color, Lapis Blue. I somehow scored it on evilbay, and was very surprised I won it. Oh, and Harry...It's got mirrors!!
Casey Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 What's rare are real '95-'97 Neons in Lapis Blue which don't have peeling paint. I don't think any more exist. These BCG promos are pretty nice, save for the tires, which is a shame since they are Goodyear Invicta GAs IIRC, and were never available in any kits. I had a NYG sedan for a bit, but it was missing the, um, mirrors.
crazyjim Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Every once in a while I drive past the plant in Belevidere, IL that used to put the Neon together. You need to rip that puppy apart, Al, and put a Hemi in it.
Harry P. Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Oh, and Harry...It's got mirrors!! Which is why it looks so realistic!
