And what kind of suspension under what kind of car? Kinda "working" leaf springs are fairly easy to do, but the independent suspensions do indeed require more advanced skills.

Easy in the front for lowering, not sure about the back.. HELP?

Nope the back is even easier. Create some brackets so that the front of part #22 can pivot where it joins the crossmember. Then just use some real springs in place of the plastic coil springs.
