CHEVY NOVA SS PRO STOCKER

Recommended Posts

Picked up this nice Chevy Nova SS Pro Stocker

complete but but box is toast. Got it from some guy

named Gregg from Hawaii - on Ebay.

I am doing the Pro Stocker version. Have it all painted

and now its glue time. Making this one out of the box.

And the starting bid by Greg was very reasonable.

Have the engine finished and chassis as well - now to just put it together and Clean

it up a bit. Have to polish out the body and get it ready for decals. The seats are actually

a dark tan but under the natural light i used they look gold.

Finally got it finished this weekend. Got the pipes routed under the chassis where they belong. Decals were a real problem, kit was

real old and several of the just split into pieces, but I think it came out pk.

I used to have one of those, but don't know what happened to it I think I still have the box though that I keep parts in and I'm pretty sure I saw that hood in one of my parts bags the other day but anyway hope it turns out well.

I have this kit and I built it years ago. I have been thinking that why people say that the Fenders don't fit... In my kit I had absolutely no problem with them. But I remember that the engine in this kit is Way too small and quite simple also. So a different engine from some other kit might be a good idea.

Did this kit ever have two engines...?

I have 3 of these kits. One like the OP that I built when I was younger, and two that I picked up when they where reissued. They have a small block and big block in them.
