Shelby 427 1965 Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Hi, I just created an account and placed an order.. Got to the checkout, selected PayPal, then when I hit confirm, it said order placed, and an e-mail will be sent confirming it.. Without asking for my paypal or anything Then I checked my e-mails and nothing.. And on my account, there's no recall of the order being placed. Slightly confused, and since it's my first time.. Is this normal? Thanks
Chief Joseph Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 No. Something blew up in the hand-off to the PayPal website for the payment authorization. Is the item still in your shopping cart?

Is this normal? Thanks It will take a little while for the order to appear on your account's page. Now the question is, did you order something IN STOCK, or was it Out of Stock/Back Ordered/Pre-Order? If it wasn't in stock, you didn't have to pay for it until it comes in, and then you will be asked to make the payment via PayPal.
sportandmiah Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Wait a few, and check your paypal account as well. As stated, "Out of Stock" and "Backordered" items can still be purchased and will be charged once the item is back in stock. Also make sure you didn't place them in your personal warehouse.
Shelby 427 1965 Posted July 23, 2013 Author Posted July 23, 2013 Thanks everyone! I got e-mail confirmation.. But no paypal.. and all the items were in stock. I contacted them anyways to check everything out. Cheers
Draggon Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Last time I ordered it took about 24 hrs from placing of my order to completion and charging to paypal.
The Creative Explorer Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Sometimes it just takes a bit, nothing to worry about. They need to figure out shipping and when they have the actual shipping costs, they sent you an invoice and a request to sent the money to their Paypal account.
