Bricksonwheels Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 Lately I build a couple of Harley Davidsons in Lego, scaled 1:10. All parts are genuine Lego, some retro-chromed industrially, and the design is bottom off done by myself on all three. The yellow one is a regular chopper with an 88 cu engine and a lot of custom mods. The two baggers are FLH Roadkings with the 96 cu engine. The bright red is themed after the 'The Red Baron', the German aviator from WW I, who flew a bright red Fokker triplane.
nts Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Very nice ,never to old for Lego ( Where did you do the chrome ) Torgny / Sweden
Bricksonwheels Posted August 8, 2013 Author Posted August 8, 2013 Thnx Torgny, I chrome at a factory here in NL.
nts Posted August 9, 2013 Posted August 9, 2013 Looks realistic that chrome, is it possible to send part to them ? Torgny / Sweden
Bricksonwheels Posted August 9, 2013 Author Posted August 9, 2013 It's not only realistic, it's true chrome. It works only on ABS (plating on plastics technology), and I need big batches.
TooOld Posted August 9, 2013 Posted August 9, 2013 Simply amazing ! ! Of course all of your builds are amazing . . . thanks for sharing these with us !
