Mike Kucaba Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Started this in 2011.Wanted to see if I could section a model with opening doors.
Joker Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Was the section done the width of the side trim? Clean work btw..the only clue was the new tail light rings. Glad to see the tops of the vent frames filled out, they were a little short on my '56. Like the new grill treatment and the front fender flares. James aka JoKer

If James likes it , it's QUALITY work. I've seen too much of his stuff close up .

Mike Kucaba Posted August 26, 2013 Author Posted August 26, 2013 Yes, I think it was a reference point, but I still used some tape on the white body and sprayed some primer on just to mark the cut clearly. The front custom pan is in play, but also sectioned and the Desoto grille is from the parts pack grille set. Need to finish off the interior, and some head lite treatment... Thanks for the comments! I think I'll post some more old stuff!
Eshaver Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Mike , as a H A M B r , I like nuthin but old stuff! ANYTHING built afta Elvis passed , uh no personality. Besides , who is gonna care what a Honda Cvcc restored will bring in 50 years ?
