Started this in 2011.Wanted to see if I could section a model with opening doors.

Was the section done the width of the side trim?

Clean work btw..the only clue was the new tail light rings.

Glad to see the tops of the vent frames filled out,

they were a little short on my '56.

Like the new grill treatment and the front fender flares.

I'm with James on this one . If James likes it , it's QUALITY work. I've seen too much of his stuff close up .

Yes, I think it was a reference point, but I still used some tape on the white body and sprayed some primer on just to mark the cut clearly. The front custom pan is in play, but also sectioned and the Desoto grille is from the parts pack grille set. Need to finish off the interior, and some head lite treatment...
