Terry Jessee Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 I just got my hands on one of Tom Coolidge's '59 Olds Dynamic 88 sedans, and they are great. Curbside, but the detail you can see is very nice. Promo style chassis, multipiece interior (with great side panels), and great chrome--very clean. I was also very impressed with the quality of the vacuformed window unit. Neat and unusual model. I had a neighbor lady who owned a blue and white one full-sized '59. I want to try and duplicate hers. Save up your money. This kit is worth the price. Terry
MrObsessive Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 Very,Very Nice!..............And super clean too! Yup, I remember those 2 door sedans very well as they were a lot more common than the "bubbletop" hardtop. I've got a resin 4 door hardtop (6 window) roof section that I think came from a Johan '59 Cadillac. I just won a '59 Caddy convertible at our club auction yesterday...............hmmmm......
41CHEVY Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 Thats a nice casting. Does it have a vinyl top? Paul
Fisher61 Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 Looks like a very nice casting! Do you have any pics of the chassis and chrome pieces?
